What you will do

• Design new 0-1 products and expand on existing products, from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and drive execution.
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to translate customer and business needs into clear, usable product experiences.
• Navigate tradeoffs between user needs, data, AI/ML capabilities, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.
• Present and articulate design decisions using product thinking, design frameworks, and research insights.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system and shared patterns to support consistency, quality, and scale.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products, with deep experience in B2B enterprise software and highly regulated or complex problem spaces.
• Strong systems thinking, including the ability to see patterns, anticipate edge cases, and design for scale.
• Deep expertise in UX research, interaction design, and visual design, with a consistently high bar for quality.
• Proven ability to lead design initiatives in ambiguous, business-critical environments and bring structure to complexity.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to clearly explain ideas, influence decisions, and align cross-functional partners and clients.
• Experience designing data-driven and/or machine learning products, paired with ongoing curiosity and fluency in AI systems.
