What you will do

• Define the vision for an AI-native advertising experience for millions of users.
• Design advertising formats and interactions that feel additive to the core ChatGPT experience.
• Build new advertising products from the ground up in a zero-to-one environment.
• Partner with product, engineering, research, and policy teams to define new ads surfaces, systems, and workflows.
• Design user-facing controls for ad personalization, data usage, and opt-out flows.
• Navigate complex tradeoffs between business needs, user trust, and long-term platform health.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Experience with consumer products, ads, and monetization is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with design systems and complex interaction patterns.
• Experience working closely with engineering, product, and policy partners.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows.
• A portfolio showcasing strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills.
