What you will do

• Define the long-term design vision and lead the design strategy of hirify.global’s Advertiser Platform.
• Lead efforts to conceptualize non-obvious initiatives, pushing user-centric design boundaries.
• Translate complex ideas into scalable, intuitive design solutions that elevate the user experience.
• Take the lead at every stage of the design lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
• Deeply understand advertiser needs and translate insights into impactful design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers, driving consensus and communicating design ideas.

Requirements

• 10+ years of UX/UI design experience, with deep expertise in enterprise-scale platforms.
• Significant experience (3+ years) in high-impact strategic initiatives.
• A portfolio demonstrating an exceptional ability to distill difficult challenges into intuitive interfaces.
• Visionary thinking and big thinking seasoned with execution and detailed experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to leveling up the design organization and fostering experimentation.
• A track record of industry-leading work and impactful product launches with quantifiable evidence.
