What you will do
- Lead and manage the B2B marketing analytics team, fostering their development.
- Drive targeted initiatives and strategic decisions through localized data insights.
- Partner with the Sales team to align marketing and sales objectives, accelerating the pipeline.
- Define and unify B2B marketing funnel concepts and measure performance impact on revenue.
- Deliver executive-level reports with actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Evaluate and implement marketing analytics tools and leverage AI for campaign optimization.
Requirements
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Previous experience in marketing analytics within a B2B SaaS environment, with a leadership/management role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
- Strong experience in data analysis and interpretation, understanding the B2B lead-to-revenue funnel.
- Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Looker), web analytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude), and MarTech (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proven ability to influence strategy through data storytelling and familiarity with AI use cases/models.
