What you will do

• Drive the Robotics Segment Strategy in China.
• Identify market needs and trends, translating into product and solutions requirements.
• Engage with architects and systems engineering teams to deliver system level solutions.
• Drive key customer engagements and convert to DWIN.
• Scale key DWINs to broader customer base through Ecosystem & Channels.
• Provide input to new product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (EE preferred).
• 3-5 years experience in business development, marketing, or systems engineering.
• Experience in robotics, autonomy, perception, motion control, embedded systems, or adjacent markets.
• Marketing management and semiconductor industry experience.
• Proven track record in go-to-market strategies.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
