What you will do
- Lead complex, cross-functional program portfolios with full accountability for strategic planning, execution, risk mitigation, and delivery.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement, track progress, and measure impact on key metrics.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and growth, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions.
- Champion operational excellence, agility, and inclusion, mentoring team members and influencing leaders.
- Define program vision, success metrics, and operational frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, translating ambiguous business goals into clear deliverables.
- Communicate program vision and updates to executive leadership, providing clear recommendations for decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement.
- Proven success leading large, complex, cross-functional programs with high visibility and business impact.
- Analytical expertise with comfort in making decisions based on data-driven insights.
- Experience managing across engineering and product functions with a track record of influencing without authority.
- Effective executive communication and presentation skills.
