What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional program portfolios with full accountability for strategic planning, execution, risk mitigation, and delivery.
• Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement, track progress, and measure impact on key metrics.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and growth, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions.
• Champion operational excellence, agility, and inclusion, mentoring team members and influencing leaders.
• Define program vision, success metrics, and operational frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, translating ambiguous business goals into clear deliverables.
• Communicate program vision and updates to executive leadership, providing clear recommendations for decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement.
• Proven success leading large, complex, cross-functional programs with high visibility and business impact.
• Analytical expertise with comfort in making decisions based on data-driven insights.
• Experience managing across engineering and product functions with a track record of influencing without authority.
• Effective executive communication and presentation skills.
