What you will do

• Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent content and engagement projects, ensuring clear timelines and deliverables.
• Serve as the operational point person for consultants and vendors, coordinating scopes of work, inputs, and approvals.
• Coordinate and execute internal and external meetings, managing end-to-end logistics.
• Synthesize insights from research, convenings, and engagements to support knowledge-sharing and inform future strategy.
• Organize events, workshops, and engagements with national partners, policymakers, and industry leaders.
• Manage a team-wide editorial calendar, anticipating bottlenecks and proactively proposing solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, or content operations roles.
• Demonstrated experience navigating and managing internal stakeholders and external consultants.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track many moving parts without sacrificing quality or deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear insights.
• A proactive problem-solver who brings structure, judgment, and calm to fast-paced environments.
• Clear and effective communicator, comfortable working across functions, seniority levels, and time zones.
