Salary: $208,000–$286,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs, focusing primarily on Agent development.
• Drive execution across Product, Engineering, Research, Go-to-Market, and Leadership teams, identifying dependencies and risks.
• Act as technical glue between teams, following architecture decisions and translating tradeoffs without slowing velocity.
• Establish and manage program operating cadences, including milestones, reviews, and decision logs.
• Utilize AI, automation, and agent workflows to enhance program management processes like status synthesis and risk detection.
• Take on additional high-stakes initiatives as needed, such as Enterprise programs or priority conflicts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Technical Program Manager (TPM) experience (or equivalent) leading complex, high-impact programs.
• Deep technical fluency in systems such as distributed architecture, infrastructure, platform engineering, or AI/ML.
• Clear, direct communication style and strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive progress independently in a high-impact individual contributor role.
• Must be able to work hybrid from the Foster City, CA office (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

Nice to have

• Background as an engineering manager or senior engineer.
• Experience leveraging AI tools, agents, or automation to increase execution velocity.
