What you will do
- Deliver innovative solutions in conjunction with global sales teams, strategy, and operations to maximize the potential of the company’s in-house Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other internal system applications, driving business outcomes and supporting global business needs.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analyses and gather user insights, with a strong focus on understanding business workflows and detailed product functionalities, to develop marketing strategies and best practices.
- Provide product feature development recommendations to a variety of key decision makers, cross-functional partners, and engineering personnel to optimize product operations and influence policy decisions.
- Assess and understand pain points of the business and devise a robust roadmap addressing long- and short-term solutions aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Apply technical acumen to produce detailed product design documents.
- Define and track performance metrics to measure project success and to drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Data Science, Analytics (any), Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Mathematics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.
- 3 years of experience in building highly technical and complex solutions in a startup or for CRM platforms.
- Experience performing end-to-end product management, including coordinating cross-functional teams in product conceptualization, design, development, and deployment.
- Experience designing and managing end-to-end data pipelines to process and integrate large-scale datasets, transforming raw data into interactive dashboards and detailed analytical frameworks to optimize strategies and uncover market opportunities.
- Experience automating processes, streamlining workflows, and digitizing complex operational systems to ensure scalability, accuracy, and seamless integration across business functions.
- Experience developing and implementing system architecture design, data modeling, and technical product documentation to make data-driven decisions to influence technical and business partners.
