Salary: $152K – $179K

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of Product Managers and Business Systems Analysts, driving high-performance and career development.
  • Define and communicate the multi-quarter Business Systems roadmap, focusing on the Salesforce and GTM ecosystem.
  • Gather and translate business needs into actionable product requirements and process designs.
  • Act as the Scrum Master, leading agile ceremonies to maintain a steady delivery cadence.
  • Communicate the strategy, value proposition, progress, and impact of Business Systems work to executive stakeholders.
  • Oversee integrations between Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack, ensuring seamless data flow and system reliability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, business systems, or revenue operations in B2B SaaS environments.
  • 2+ years of people management experience leading product managers or business systems analysts.
  • Deep hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform and GTM tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, CPQ) and experience with Quote-to-Cash and SaaS business models.
  • Proven experience with modern GTM tools and platforms (e.g., Outreach, LeanData, Gong, Clari, HubSpot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI/automation technologies in the Salesforce ecosystem.
