Salary: $115,500 - $170,280 plus corporate bonus potential

What you will do

• Define, build, and champion the AI product vision and roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, machine learning, and generative AI to solve customer problems.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to deliver scalable AI-powered features.
• Lead discovery and experimentation through prototypes and customer feedback.
• Drive go-to-market strategy with Marketing and Sales.
• Track industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with experience in executing AI capabilities across products.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, NLP, and MLOps pipelines.
• Experience shipping AI products at scale.
• Solid strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Experience in product strategy development and market positioning.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience working with generative AI, LLMs, or AI-driven automation solutions.
• Prior experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or B2B tech products preferred.
• Familiarity with MLOps, data infrastructure, and AI model deployment best practices.
• Advanced degree or MBA is preferred; certifications in AI/ML is a plus.
