Location: Primarily based in Brussels, Belgium, with flexibility to work from home, client sites, or Capgemini office, including the possibility to work from abroad occasionally. Fluency in Dutch and/or French is required, alongside full professional working proficiency of English.

What you will do

• Drive projects related to Business Reinvention and CX Transformation.
• Design and conduct mixed-methods research, translating insights into innovation directions.
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment around vision, strategy, and execution through workshops.
• Drive improvements in Marketing & Sales organization models and processes.
• Evaluate business impact of recommendations and innovate on business models.
• Create captivating storylines and presentations to narrate ideas.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Management, Strategy, Marketing, Service Design, or Industrial Design, preferably with a focus on Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
• 2+ years of project experience in customer experience design, business innovation & growth strategy, or customer experience transformation.
• Strong core consulting skills, including quantitative & qualitative research, workshop facilitation, storytelling, and design thinking.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French is required, along with full professional working proficiency of English.
• Mastery of PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice to have

• An MBA with a focus on Innovation Management or an additional master’s degree.
• Experience in Figma, Adobe CC, and no-code prototyping tools.
