TL;DR
Consultant in Financial Services (Data/AI): Delivering transformation projects for financial-services clients through data structuring, analysis, benchmarking, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, and functional specifications with an accent on data and AI-related opportunities. Focus on synthesizing analytical findings, building client expertise, supporting consulting teams, and contributing to knowledge creation across industries.

Location: Hybrid role in Brussels, Belgium; temporary assignments abroad may include France and the Netherlands.

What you will do

  • Deliver transformation project assignments for financial-services clients.
  • Structure and analyze data, conduct benchmarks, and synthesize findings into conclusions.
  • Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, map processes, and prepare functional specifications.
  • Take on team support responsibilities as experience develops.
  • Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Commercial Engineering.
  • 0–3 years of experience as a consultant.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, and results-oriented skills.
  • Strong interest in financial services, data, and AI-related topics.
  • Trilingual French, Dutch, and English required.
  • Work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
