Senior Consultant in Financial Services

Location: Luxembourg, Luxembourg; hybrid workplace. Temporary assignments abroad may include France and Belgium.

What you will do

• Deliver transformation project assignments for financial services clients.
• Structure and analyze data, conduct benchmarks, and synthesize findings into conclusions.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, map processes, and prepare functional specifications.
• Build client relationships and contribute to delivering measurable results.
• Coach new hires and junior consultants while taking on team leadership responsibilities.
• Contribute to workshops, publications, and seminars that support knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Applied Economics, or Management.
• 3–6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, and results-oriented working style.
• Strong interest in the financial services sector, data, and AI-related topics.
• Proficiency in French and English is essential.
• Work permit sponsorship is not available.

• Proficiency in Luxembourgish.
