What you will do
- Identify and engage exceptional passive technical candidates globally using thoughtful, multi-channel sourcing approaches.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, prioritizing quality over volume.
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand technical talent requirements beyond resumes.
- Craft specific, credible outreach messages that senior technical candidates will respond to.
- Utilize data, candidate feedback, and conversion patterns to refine sourcing approaches.
- Operate largely independently while maintaining awareness of overlapping sourcing efforts.
Requirements
- Proven success sourcing technical talent for organizations known for strong hiring standards.
- Ability to identify real technical talent signals beyond resumes, keywords, or brand names.
- Understanding of where strong technical candidates spend their time (communities, open-source ecosystems, technical forums, events, niche networks).
- Comfortable owning results without needing close day-to-day direction.
- Strong written communication skills for engaging senior technical candidates.
- Comfortable working asynchronously in a globally distributed environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with sourcing/recruiting tooling such as Gem, Lever, or similar platforms.
