What you will do

• Drive business growth and exceed revenue goals by leading complex enterprise sales cycles within the FSI sector.
• Act as a subject matter expert for financial services, developing bespoke solutions for specific business needs.
• Establish and sustain executive sponsorship with C-suite leaders in major financial institutions.
• Develop and lead strategic account management and expansion strategies for high-potential financial accounts.
• Define and uphold standards for operational excellence, collaborating across internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Extensive success in senior technology sales specifically within FSI enterprise accounts in the UK financial market.
• Mastery of strategic account management with a proven track record of delivering measurable transformation and client outcomes.
• Deep understanding of the storage industry, cloud computing, and modern data centre architecture in financial services.
• Proven ability to acquire new enterprise logos and structure complex deals within the broader partner ecosystem.
• Ability to lead with market-shaping insights and build compelling business cases (ROI, TCO) to secure C-level buy-in.
• Business proficiency in English.
