Elite Customer Success Manager (Ice Hockey): Maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring high ROI for subscriptions across professional, NCAA, and Junior ice hockey markets with an accent on developing strong customer relationships and product education. Focus on achieving quarterly and yearly renewal and engagement targets and identifying upselling opportunities.

Location: Must live within a commuting distance of our offices in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska, USA

Salary: $42,000–$70,700 USD (Base), On-Target Earnings: $60,000–$101,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop strong customer relationships and become a trusted partner for accounts.
  • Demonstrate products, educate customers, and carry out engagement and commercial activities.
  • Achieve quarterly and yearly renewal and engagement targets.
  • Run meetings to understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with high-performance workflows and global best practices in elite ice hockey (Sportscode, Instat).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable looking through metrics that showcase user behavior and engagement.
  • Proactive in reaching out to clients and going the extra mile.
  • Empathetic to understand customer problems and provide better solutions.
  • Organized with workflows and processes to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to delegate tasks to other areas within hirify.global to best serve customers.

Nice to have

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Coaching and/or athletics background.
