What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term product roadmap for model development tools, including Global Ascend Sandbox, Feature Factory, and hirify.global Assistant.
• Collaborate with global technology and regional product teams to build and launch Analytics capabilities.
• Articulate near and long-term product strategy and roadmap to senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather input from internal stakeholders and end users to define clear, actionable product requirements.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Analyze key metrics to determine product health, mitigate risks, and inform roadmap changes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior Product Manager role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of model development workflows and data science tools.
• Experience launching successful products and managing globally distributed teams.
• Experience in Agile delivery/development methodologies.
