What you will do
- Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap.
- Identify innovation opportunities, new use cases, and product differentiation.
- Conduct competitive analysis and evaluate external products or integrations.
- Manage stakeholders and align diverse teams and leadership around product direction.
- Translate complex customer and operational needs into clear product requirements.
- Partner with engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver impactful features and ensure adoption.
- Use user behavior analysis, feedback, and data to continuously improve product usability and value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in complex or B2B technology environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and product vision on a strategic level.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience with competitive analysis, user behavior analysis, and turning insights into product decisions.
- Solid understanding of cloud-based platforms, APIs, and data-driven products.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product decisions, trade-offs, and vision.
- Agile mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Nice to have
- Experience with user behavior analysis tools (e.g., LogRocket or similar).
- Familiarity with graph analysis, data visualization on charts and map, or big data platforms.
