What you will do

• Merge, build, and deploy engineering codes across different environments.
• Actively participate in sprint planning and scrum meetings with teams.
• Proactively communicate ideas, problems, and struggles to ensure transparency.
• Collaborate effectively with various teams including Engineering, QA, Product, and DevOps.
• Execute daily release processes, covering alignment, monitoring, merging, and rollbacks.
• Learn about the product to assess and resolve conflicting priorities.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or 4 years of relevant IT experience.
• Good knowledge of Git workflows and managing branches (and/or GitHub).
• Adept at Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups and test-driven development.
• Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools.
• Strong ownership, commitment, and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure environments.
• English: Good communication skills required.
