What you will do
- Merge, build, and deploy engineering codes across different environments.
- Actively participate in sprint planning and scrum meetings with teams.
- Proactively communicate ideas, problems, and struggles to ensure transparency.
- Collaborate effectively with various teams including Engineering, QA, Product, and DevOps.
- Execute daily release processes, covering alignment, monitoring, merging, and rollbacks.
- Learn about the product to assess and resolve conflicting priorities.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or 4 years of relevant IT experience.
- Good knowledge of Git workflows and managing branches (and/or GitHub).
- Adept at Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups and test-driven development.
- Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools.
- Strong ownership, commitment, and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure environments.
- English: Good communication skills required.
