Technical Delivery Manager (Aviation SaaS): Owning end-to-end delivery of mission-critical features across Web/API, iOS, Identity, and API integrations with an accent on release management, stakeholder alignment, and risk control. What you will do
- Own the delivery plan from roadmap to release, mapping dependencies across Web/API, iOS, Identity, and API integrations.
- Facilitate planning, stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies, ensuring release readiness.
- Define and enforce release criteria, coordinate flags/rollbacks, and verify in-prod health.
- Align Product, Engineering, QA, Security, Customer Success, and external vendors/agencies.
- Manage vendors by setting milestones/SLA and integrating their artifacts into release trains.
- Maintain RAID logs, highlight trade-offs, drive decision records, and manage scope/time/resource options.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing tech delivery (projects/programs) with cross-functional teams, ideally in a product company.
- Strong technical background around Software Engineering and the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Expertise in building B2B web applications.
- Strong Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) and pragmatic process tailoring.
- Proven stakeholder management (product, engineering, leadership).
- Solid planning and execution skills (roadmap/milestones, dependencies, risks/issues, change control).
- Proficient in English at a C1 level or higher.
- Proficient with Jira/Confluence, GitHub Actions, and feature flagging tools like LaunchDarkly.
- Must be currently residing in Europe and legally eligible to work full-time under an employment contract.
