Salary: 18,000–22,000 PLN/month on B2B.

What you will do

• Define release & roll-out strategy, governance model, and milestone plans.
• Coordinate release & roll-out teams in preparation for go-live, including resource securing and implementation planning.
• Plan and coordinate change activities and business verification during rehearsals and go-live.
• Lead release go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Oversee proper transition support for production operations teams as new solutions are rolled out.
• Increase release quality and efficiency by integrating new techniques, automation capabilities, and DevOps ways of working.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT project management and planning, including application release or data migration projects.
• Experience working with incident, problem, and change management tools and processes within the ITIL framework.
• Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English (C1+).
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during implementation events.
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is a strong advantage.
