Location: Remote within the United States, with a preference for major business hubs in North America (ET). Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international) is required.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, timelines, and deliverables for client solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, managing expectations and acting as a primary point of contact.
• Guide clients through the full implementation journey from kickoff to go-live, resolving challenges and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Coordinate resource allocation and cross-functional teams (Consultants, Solutions Architects) activities.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including scoping new opportunities and developing statements of work.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, track KPIs, and identify process improvements for delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management, client delivery, or related roles.
• Proven history of successfully managing software implementation or SaaS deployment projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, including ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required.
• Must be able to work from the United States.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
