Customer Value Architect (Public Sector)

Salary: $135,000 - $205,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead onboarding execution and define customer success plans.
• Partner with direct sales to expand business within existing accounts.
• Serve as the primary post-sale contact for onboarding, activation, and business value realization.
• Conduct business value analyses and deliver Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (EQBRs).
• Drive strategic Falcon Flex adoption and planning across enterprise accounts.
• Achieve renewals by demonstrating realized value and consumption progress.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes, goals, and strategies.
• Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial acumen, and negotiation skills.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to calculate and communicate ROI metrics.
• Experience with flexible licensing models.
• Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships.
