Salary: $149,000 - $288,000 USD (San Francisco/New York Hub; localized for other US locations)

What you will do

• Empower federal, state, and local government customers to unlock hirify.global's full potential in regulated environments.
• Create engaging written and video content tailored to governmental design needs.
• Build meaningful relationships within the hirify.global public sector community, including govtech and civic design practitioners.
• Represent hirify.global at relevant industry events, conferences, briefings, and community programs, sharing insights.
• Surface feedback, constraints, and emerging needs from government customers to inform product direction.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on expertise with hirify.global, including integrating it into diverse, large-scale, and regulated design environments.
• Strong understanding of modern product development workflows and experience building, managing, or operating design systems at scale.
• Technical fluency and sharp design judgment on how design translates into production-ready systems.
• Passion for engaging with the design community, especially in govtech or civic spaces, and confidence in presenting to various audiences.
• Empathy for public sector designers and developers, an entrepreneurial mindset to navigate ambiguity, and ability to travel extensively (25%+).
