Associate Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $70,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Support delivery of critical IT projects, system enhancements, and new system rollouts.
• Document business requirements, system improvements, and functional design for ERP process solutions.
• Perform process assessments and implement process improvements with IT Team management.
• Define and benchmark operational KPIs and support the delivery of KPI dashboards.
• Define and support User Acceptance Testing and User Training.

Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (MIS, IT business/computer science, or Accounting) and graduating between December 2025 - May 2026.
• Desire to learn IT Business applications support, administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations.
• Solid technical background with an ability to communicate with a non-technical audience.
• Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ERP applications.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Experience with Technical Documentation.
• Knowledge of KPIs analytics and Dashboard Reporting.
