What you will do

• Serve as the single point of accountability for high-priority technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Translate high-level business goals into detailed project plans with clear milestones and resource requirements.
• Lead coordination across Product, Technology, Operations, and Events teams to ensure seamless alignment and maintain project momentum.
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes for technology solutions and manage vendor relationships and performance.
• Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, developing and executing mitigation strategies.
• Establish and refine project management best practices, templates, and governance frameworks to drive efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing technology or digital transformation projects, ideally within a media, events, or B2B professional services environment.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives on time and within budget.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, able to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
• Experience leading RFP processes, evaluating technology solutions, and managing vendor relationships and performance.
• Familiarity with technology integrations, enterprise platforms, and digital transformation initiatives, understanding technical requirements.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent.
