• Develop and improve project standards, tools, and workflows for communications initiatives.
• Support project leads with scoping, timelines, resourcing, and day-to-day execution.
• Identify risks, guide mitigation planning, and lead project evaluations using data.
• Streamline planning, communication, and operational practices for efficiency.
• Help teams prioritize work, manage dependencies, and monitor progress.
• Lead initiatives to enhance operations, delivery processes, and team capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing communications or marketing projects with on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with monday.com or similar project/workflow management tools.
• Ability to apply qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
• Experience using AI tools to support project efficiency and outcomes.
