Lead Sales Executive (Fintech): Leading new customer acquisition for AxiomSL solutions in the Middle East & Africa region with an accent on consultative selling and full enterprise sales cycle management. Focus on engaging senior client leaders, understanding regulatory reporting, risk, and data challenges, and developing compelling value propositions.
Location: Hybrid in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (3 days a week in-office)

What you will do
- Lead new-logo acquisition for AxiomSL in the Middle East & Africa.
- Engage clients to understand regulatory reporting, risk, and data challenges, positioning AxiomSL as a strategic solution.
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from target account identification to contract execution.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client leaders across compliance, risk, finance, and technology.
- Partner with internal teams to develop compelling value propositions and close new customer opportunities.
Requirements
- Confirmed sales professional with understanding of the full sales cycle and experience leading forward‑thinking sales initiatives.
- Excellent relationship‑builder with strong stakeholder‑management skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Capital Markets, regulatory/compliance environments.
- Proficient in Salesforce.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and several years of relevant confirmed experience.
- Strong English proficiency and willingness to travel periodically.
