TL;DR

Senior Commercial Analyst (Fintech): Supporting the sales team by providing data-driven insights and implementing strategies to accelerate revenue growth with an accent on sales analytics, hirify.global Connect platform performance analysis, and sales process optimization. Focus on identifying opportunities for growth, customer segmentation, and cross-selling/up-selling, particularly for hirify.global Connect penetration.

Location: Hybrid in São Paulo, Brazil (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

What you will do

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and develop KPIs and dashboards.
  • Monitor and report on the commercial performance, adoption, and usage of the hirify.global Connect platform.
  • Collaborate to enhance existing sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and revenue forecasts to identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilize data from hirify.global Connect to identify user friction points and provide commercial feedback to product and technology teams.
  • Maintain and optimise the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and providing training support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a sales/product analyst or similar role, preferably within fintech.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Looker BI, Excel/Gsheets, and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and the lead-to-revenue lifecycle.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with digital payment solutions, API-based platforms, or ERP system integrations (e.g., NetSuite, PIX).
  • Familiarity with financial products and markets.
  • Familiarity with payments space and experience in FP&A.
  • Spanish is desirable.
