What you will do

• Break down large projects into tasks and deliver in phases collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Partner with product management, design, and analytics to support product development lifecycle and decision making.
• Build and integrate data pipelines from various products and systems.
• Create foundational platforms for transaction reconciliation across systems and partners.
• Support operational availability including monitoring metrics and participating in on-call rotation.
• Engage in team growth activities including interview participation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain for this role; visa sponsorship available.
• 5+ years experience as a software engineer with backend system design and development.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
• Ability to write clear, well-tested, extensible code and navigate large codebases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for global team collaboration.
