Salary: $107,000 – $168,000 + bonus + equity + benefits (base salary for Colorado, California, and New York).

What you will do

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, GTM teams, and other engineering team members to deliver client solutions.
• Conceive, develop, and deliver novel solutions within a sophisticated and rich financial domain.
• Build features within the primary Navigator application and integrate across hirify.global's product ecosystem with an investor-focused viewpoint.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience building web applications.
• Proficient in Python and common Python web frameworks (e.g., Django).
• Familiarity with HTTP, REST, and web API best practices.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, SQL Server).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with frontend technologies.
• Experience with AI agentic coding.
