What you will do

• Execute campaigns to deliver against media and business outcome KPIs.
• Activate and optimise campaigns across Meta, Snap, TikTok, Reddit, and Pinterest.
• Manage accounts in line with platform and hirify.global best practice.
• Implement paid social strategy and testing roadmaps.
• Execute test and learn plans and provide high-quality analysis and insights.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on operational experience across social advertising platforms (Meta, Snap, Reddit, TikTok, Pinterest).
• Solid Paid Social knowledge including audience targeting, creative testing, and measurement approaches.
• Experience across both brand and performance campaigns.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns at pace.
• Comfortable communicating clearly and confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work format: Hybrid, requiring 2-3 days in the London office per week (at least 8 days per month).

Nice to have

• Experience using Adobe Analytics and/or working with tracking and tag management implementations.
• Strong data handling and analytical skills, including working with large performance datasets.
• Media planning experience or exposure to broader channel planning processes.
