What you will do
- Generate new revenue opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting.
- Support the execution of internal sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and align with value propositions using frameworks like BANT or MEDDPICC.
- Perform highly targeted lead and account research to assist sales with outreach efforts.
- Adhere to strict CRM hygiene requirements, ensuring data accuracy for forecasting and activity tracking.
Requirements
- 8-12 months of experience in a high-volume outbound sales environment (SaaS experience preferred).
- Strong skills within the modern sales stack (Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative in-office team environment (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
- Outstanding writing, editing, formatting, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
