Location: Primarily remote, with a Work From Anywhere (WFA) policy allowing work from almost anywhere globally. Office work is encouraged in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania, with the possibility of up to two remote days per week.

Salary: €3,000–€4,000 gross/month

What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process and conduct competence-based interviews.
• Build and maintain talent networks through proactive sourcing and professional relationships.
• Partner with and coach hiring managers on best practices and strategic hiring decisions.
• Lead recruitment initiatives and projects to enhance talent attraction and engagement.
• Drive data-informed decisions by tracking key metrics and optimizing hiring workflows.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through transparent and timely communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition within a dynamic, fast-paced, or global environment.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Advanced sourcing expertise with the ability to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates.
• Proven ability to coach and influence hiring managers on strategic hiring.
• A data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy.
• Fluency in English (C1).
