What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including conducting competence-based interviews.
• Build and maintain talent networks through proactive sourcing and professional relationships.
• Partner with and coach hiring managers to ensure alignment and strategic decision-making in recruitment.
• Lead recruitment initiatives and projects to enhance talent attraction, engagement, and hiring.
• Drive data-informed decisions by tracking key metrics and optimizing the hiring workflow.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through transparent and timely communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition within a dynamic, fast-paced, or global environment.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Advanced sourcing expertise with the ability to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates.
• Proven ability to coach and influence hiring managers on best practices and strategic hiring.
• A data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy.
• English: C1+ (fluent) required.
