Location: Remote globally (Work From Anywhere policy), with offices in Vilnius/Kaunas for optional hybrid work (up to two remote days per week).
Salary: 3000–4000 Eur/month

What you will do
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including conducting competence-based interviews.
- Build and maintain talent networks through proactive sourcing and professional relationships.
- Partner with and coach hiring managers to ensure alignment and strategic decision-making in recruitment.
- Lead recruitment initiatives and projects to enhance talent attraction, engagement, and hiring.
- Drive data-informed decisions by tracking key metrics and optimizing the hiring workflow.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through transparent and timely communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition within a dynamic, fast-paced, or global environment.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Advanced sourcing expertise with the ability to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates.
- Proven ability to coach and influence hiring managers on best practices and strategic hiring.
- A data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy.
- English: C1+ (fluent) required.
