What you will do

• Identify opportunities, scope improvement projects, and deliver value-driven changes for the business and customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, product, and commercial teams, using data for diagnostics and tracking benefits.
• Lead or play a key role in cross-functional initiatives, presenting findings and recommendations.
• Rotate through customer experience, commercial products, and transformation programmes to understand operational issues and value creation.

Requirements

• Demonstrate curiosity and continuous learning, adaptability, collaboration, and resilience.
• Possess a proactive mindset, attention to detail, customer-centric thinking, and ethical awareness regarding AI and data.
• Hold 5 GCSEs at grade 4-9 (including Maths and English) or SCQF 5.
• Hold 2 A-Levels at grade C or above or SCQF Level 6.
• Must have full UK Right to Work for the duration of the 37-month scheme; sponsorship is not offered for this role.
