Bid Manager

TL;DR

Bid Manager: Managing the end-to-end bid lifecycle for framework opportunities and delivering winning bids with an accent on driving improvements across the bid function. Location: Onsite in London, United Kingdom. Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to attain a UK Security Clearance. UK based travel required.

What you will do

• Manage the full end-to-end bid lifecycle for framework opportunities.
• Lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary bid teams.
• Ensure all submissions meet client requirements and internal governance standards.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation solutions.
• Develop and coach win strategies with Sector Leads.
• Translate customer requirements and capabilities into compelling responses.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a bid role within the technology industry.
• Demonstrable experience in delivering winning bids and gaining multiple framework appointments.
• Knowledge of bidding best practice techniques (e.g., APMP).
• Excellent English language writing skills.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Commercial understanding, P&L, and risk management skills.

Nice to have

• APMP Practitioner or Professional level certification.
• Project management qualification.
