What you will do

• Research trends in digital and social content, focusing on post-production techniques.
• Contribute creative ideas and direction to project briefs.
• Own the editing pipeline from ingest through final delivery.
• Produce compelling short-form videos from raw footage with precision and speed.
• Edit and optimize content for multiple digital and social channels.
• Develop innovative visual storytelling and editing approaches.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience creating high-quality video edits, preferably with on-set experience.
• A strong showreel demonstrating short-form storytelling and editing skills.
• Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong understanding of content specifications, exports, narrative structure, pacing, and emotional storytelling.
• Excellent file management, version control, organization, and deadline management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to adapt quickly to feedback.

Nice to have

• Animation, Adobe After Effects, copywriting, AI, or motion graphics experience.
