AI Video Editor (Performance Marketing)

What you will do

• Edit raw footage into high-quality, conversion-focused Meta ads.
• Turn scripts, storyboards, concepts, and creative briefs into compelling short-form advertising videos.
• Use generative AI to create and enhance video, images, animations, product visuals, backgrounds, transitions, b-roll, and other creative assets.
• Develop multiple creative variations with different hooks, pacing, visual concepts, calls to action, and messaging.
• Add captions, sound design, music, transitions, effects, b-roll, and motion graphics optimized for paid social performance.
• Review thumb-stop rate, hold rate, CTR, and conversion performance to guide new creative tests.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on video editing experience, ideally in performance marketing, paid social, DTC, or e-commerce.
• Proven experience creating short-form paid social ads for platforms such as Meta.
• Portfolio demonstrating performance-driven creative and AI animation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop.
• Experience with Higgsfield, Kling, OpenArt, Veo3, or similar AI creative platforms.
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, storytelling, captions, sound design, and direct-response creative, plus the ability to write clear English captions and on-screen messaging.

Nice to have

• Experience experimenting with emerging AI video, image, voice, and creative-generation tools.
