What you will do

• Edit raw footage, scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs into conversion-focused short-form ads for Meta.
• Use generative AI to create and enhance videos, images, animations, product visuals, backgrounds, transitions, and b-roll.
• Develop multiple creative variations with different hooks, openings, pacing, calls to action, visual concepts, and messaging.
• Add captions, sound design, music, transitions, effects, b-roll, and motion graphics optimized for paid social performance.
• Manage multiple ads and iterations while incorporating feedback quickly and maintaining speed and quality.
• Review thumb-stop rate, hold rate, CTR, and conversion performance to inform new creative tests.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on video editing experience, ideally in performance marketing, paid social, DTC, or e-commerce.
• Proven experience creating short-form paid social ads for platforms such as Meta.
• Portfolio demonstrating performance-driven creative and AI animation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop.
• Experience with Higgsfield, Kling, OpenArt, Veo3, or similar AI creative platforms.
• Strong English writing skills for accurate captions and on-screen messaging.
