Focus on generating leads, new contacts, opportunities, and revenue to support sales targets through targeted, insight-driven programmes and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Location: UK Wide, United Kingdom, with offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol.

What you will do

  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans aligned with business priorities and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, insights, and partner teams to build value propositions and solutions.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns using data and insights.
  • Design and deliver thought leadership content, case studies, and use cases showcasing BT’s ABM offering.
  • Provide sales enablement support by developing content and resources to help sales teams convert leads.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, ROI, and pipeline impact to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, and digital channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen to align marketing activity with business objectives and measure impact.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership abilities for integrated marketing programmes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data and insights for decisions.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to build relationships and present compelling value propositions.
