Location: Remote, open to candidates based in Europe. Offices are available in Chania (Greece), Athens (Greece), and Limassol (Cyprus) for those who prefer hybrid work or team meetings.

What you will do

• Own the organic content strategy and roadmap across SEO, AEO, and AI-driven discovery.
• Manage all content operations, including planning, production, editing, publishing, and refreshes.
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and performance standards across all organic assets.
• Act as the primary content liaison between Organic Marketing and other teams (Product, Growth, Sales, Support).
• Partner with the Organic Growth Lead on search- and LLM-driven content priorities.
• Oversee writers, editors, and contributors (internal and external) and track content performance.

Requirements

• Senior experience in content strategy and content operations.
• Strong understanding of SEO-led and search-informed content.
• Proven ability to manage content quality at scale.
• Experience aligning content work across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Strong editorial judgment and clear communication skills.
• Comfortable owning both strategy and execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with AEO / LLM-optimized content.
• Background in SaaS, PLG, or product education content.
• Experience working with AI-assisted content workflows.
• Prior ownership of multi-channel or multi-team content programs.
