What you will do

• Conduct website analysis using tools like QuickSight, FullStory, and analytics platforms to monitor performance and identify friction points.
• Build reports and insights to proactively uncover opportunities for improving website performance, UX, and CX.
• Drive the experimentation program by crafting hypotheses, deploying experiments (using Hivemind), and analyzing results to present insights.
• Build and optimize high-performing landing pages and customer journeys using Sitecore and Contentful.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various marketing teams to optimize pages, templates, and support campaigns.
• Manage workload and priorities across multiple initiatives, serving as backup for CMS and experimentation tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Marketing, supporting website performance, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, QuickSight or Tableau to report on website performance.
• English fluency, with confidence communicating and presenting to teams at all levels.
• Experience working with ecommerce websites and an understanding of CRO and SEO.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and how to use them to improve efficiency and deliver business value.

Nice to have

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing or a comparable qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
• Experience in the domains, hosting or SaaS industry.
