What you will do

• Set and execute strategies for organic rankings and LLM visibility in US and Europe.
• Optimize website elements (titles, URLs, internal links, SEO copy) for search engines.
• Develop offsite optimization strategies and manage a link-building team.
• Optimize content for AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews).
• Monitor, track, and analyze ranking performance and optimize SEO campaigns.
• Collaborate with outreach, website management, analytics, content, and UI design teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B international environments.
• 2+ years of technical SEO experience with a strong learning mindset.
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required.
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SE Ranking, and LLM visibility analysis tools.
• Proven track record in creating and implementing SEO strategies and resolving technical issues.
