What you will do

• Set and execute strategies to improve organic rankings, search traffic, and LLM visibility in international markets (US, Europe).
• Optimize the website and onsite elements (page titles, URLs, redirects, internal links, SEO copy, and technical performance) for search engines.
• Develop offsite optimization strategies and manage a link-building team.
• Optimize content to appear in AI-generated answers from platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.
• Monitor, track, analyze, and report on SEO performance, staying updated on industry trends and generative AI influence.
• Collaborate with outreach, website management, analytics, content, and UI design teams on project execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B international environments.
• 2+ years of technical SEO experience with a strong learning mindset.
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) required for working with international markets, platforms, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with technical SEO tools such as Ahrefs and SE Ranking, and LLM visibility analysis tools.
• Proven track record in creating and implementing SEO strategies, resolving technical issues, and integrating with UX and CRO.
