What you will do
- Provide expert technical support for hosting, email, and name.co.uk products.
- Resolve customer enquiries via phone and ticketing systems.
- Guide customers through product features and configurations to ensure success.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
- Collaborate with internal teams for complex issues and service improvement.
- Contribute to team sales and retention targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support, ideally phone-based with exposure to a commercial or sales-driven environment.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CMS and ticketing systems, and basic billing/account management.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Eligibility to work in the UK required.
