Senior Product Manager (FlexPLM): Responsible for the day-to-day product execution of the FlexPLM platform and its integrations in support of consumer product development teams with an accent on backlog ownership, requirements definition, sprint execution, and sustained platform health. Location: Hybrid in Bellevue, Washington, United States. Comprehensive relocation package available for certain roles to the United States.
Salary: $154,400.00 – $232,100.00 per year

What you will do
- Act as Product Owner for the FlexPLM platform, owning feature prioritization and backlog management to deliver business value.
- Partner with development teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring work aligns with business expectations.
- Gather and document business, functional, and system requirements from internal stakeholders, translating them into actionable backlog items.
- Facilitate cross-team discussions to align on scope, priorities, and dependencies, ensuring shared understanding.
- Support the ongoing evolution of the FlexPLM platform, including integrations with upstream and downstream business systems.
- Contribute to process improvement, standardization, and best-practice documentation for product development workflows.
Requirements
- Eight (8) to eleven (11) years of experience in Product Owner, Product Management, or technical project/program roles.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools, ideally FlexPLM, and consumer product development lifecycles.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile delivery teams and a strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or Lean methodologies.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, system integrations, and enterprise application delivery.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
