What you will do

• Support large-scale infrastructure and cloud services programs, including incident management and platform modernization initiatives.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders on technical and program-related matters from project initiation through delivery.
• Coordinate Azure infrastructure efforts and ensure contractual or regulatory commitments are met.
• Develop and maintain program/project schedules, status reports, and risk/issue tracking.
• Provide technical and analytical insights to product and program stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Organize and lead cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

• 5–6+ years of experience in a technical, program management, or analytics-focused role.
• Strong technical understanding of tools such as Power BI, SQL, Kusto, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• 5–6+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and analytical problem-solving.
• 5–6+ years of experience managing or coordinating programs/projects across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership beyond task execution.
• Strong communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional discussions and collaborating with global teams.
• Ability to operate in a remote environment with fixed working hours.
