Salary: $120K - $150K

What you will do

• Help founders improve their pitches, making them clear and exciting for investors.
• Identify promising early-stage founders who may not have traditional credentials.
• Connect founders with the right people to help them succeed.
• Co-design and execute 8-week accelerator cohorts, mentoring founders and preparing them for Demo Day and seed fundraising.
• Provide product and design feedback to help founders build quickly and iterate based on user feedback.
• Guide founders to focus on the most important tasks, helping them prioritize and avoid distractions.

Requirements

• Must be a founder with experience in creating something from nothing.
• Empathy for founders and the ability to command respect through experience and advice.
• Intellectual curiosity and humbleness to learn about various industries.
• US citizen/visa only
