What you will do

• Coordinate hirify.global’s end-to-end presence at large-scale trade shows.
• Lead cross-functional planning meetings to align on messaging and expectations.
• Create electronic invitations and digital assets for field events.
• Design and build nurturing programs in the marketing automation platform for event follow-up.
• Assist with vendor management, including sourcing vendors and submitting contracts.
• Manage company swag and gifting platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Knowledge of Google Suite, Adobe CS, Cvent, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with enterprise communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
