What you will do
- Oversee the customer journey from onboarding through renewal.
- Develop standard onboarding procedures to accelerate time-to-value and deepen engagement.
- Monitor customer health by leveraging analytics and feedback.
- Act as the central liaison between departments.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Proactively pinpoint expansion opportunities with Account Executives.
